when are you open?
7 days a week, from 9am-2pm.
do you accept reservations?
we only accept reservations for parties of 8 or more. please walk in and we will do our best to find you a seat. 
can I reserve the birdcage window seat?
no, birdcages are first come first served. they have small table space capacity so we only allow 2-3 people to seat there.
do you have gluten free options?
yes! any sandwich can be made with gluten free bread. we also have gluten free afternoon tea, which we make gluten free scones and desserts for. there are also many breakfast, brunch, and lunch items for a gluten free diet!
do you have vegan options?
yes! ask your server for our vegan menu!
can I reserve the paris patio?
the paris patio room is used for various party sizes based on availability. the only way to secure it for your party is to book a victorian tea party for 10-12 people. see our private parties tab for more info.
do you rent our your space for private parties?
yes! you can host your special event here at teagan's after we close up shop. we start our private events at 3pm and require a 2 hour minimum. the cost to rent is $150 per hour plus the cost of food, tax, and grautity, which is priced per person. more information is listed on our private parties tab.
where do I park?
Main St Newhall has some first come, first serve street parking as well as several back lots with limited parking. the best bet is to use the new parking structure down at the entrance of main st and railroad ave. it is always free and is a short, scenic walking distance to us
